Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates exclude customs processing time and begin after the order leaves our warehouse.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at [email protected].

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Fashion Nova Preview is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned to us due to an insufficient address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
